Delivery Schedule Delivery times depend upon the method of payment (e.g. cheques
must clear before we despatch any orders), the delivery option selected, and
the delivery location.
As soon as payment is received and cleared/authorised, the item(s) will be immediately
packed and despatched. If you do not receive your item within the scheduled time,
then please contact us at any of our addresses you find below.
In the rare event of any items being .out of stock, they will be re-ordered for
you.
You will be notified promptly if there is any unavoidable
delay in sending your order to you. If you would prefer,
payment can be made by direct Bank Transfer
to our account. Please give us prior notice that you intend to do this via

will supply the information required.

Returns Policy If your order is damaged, incomplete, or if you receive the
incorrect item(s), please call us on the number below, or return the package
to the address
below within 28 days. A full refund will be made on receipt of the complete
returned package, if a replacement is not available.
Remittance Terms All orders must be paid for in advance, whether by secure
credit/debit card payment via WorldPay, or by sending your remittance to the
address given
on the invoice. Our policy is not to send out any orders until we have received
a full, valid payment. We have a deserved reputation for selling rare,
hard-to-find tunes alongside all of the better known material at low prices.
